Burn Series - modern art from salvaged wood incorporating torch carbonized wood into each piece, also with mixed media colors. Inspired by the devastating January, 2025 fire in Pacific Palisades, where I grew up. All pieces are named after streets in the area affected by the fire. Thousands of homes and buildings were lost, the future of reconstruction is unwritten.
